Electomagnetically driven Cars & other ground vehicles

Electromagnetic car

Electromagnetic cars do not rely on traction between their wheels and the ground; instead, they generate a direct propulsive force on the vehicle's body. These vehicles are equipped with electromagnetic thrusters for propulsion and a conventional steering wheel for directional control. Since propulsion is independent of wheel friction, these vehicles are immune to skidding on low-traction surfaces like ice, making them exceptionally safe in such conditions.

An average car produces a driving force of approximately 7,500 to 8,000 N at its wheels. To match this performance, electromagnetic cars utilize four electromagnetic thrusters. These thrusters are aligned to combine their thrust vectors, providing cumulative force in a single direction. For power, an onboard internal combustion (I.C.) engine runs an electricity generator, which in turn charges a battery bank. This hybrid setup ensures the driver has a continuous power supply during their journey, even in remote areas..

Furthermore, this technology can be scaled for heavy vehicles. Commuter buses and trucks, for example, can be equipped with larger electromagnetic thrusters mounted beneath their chassis.
