Heaven- the mythical existence

No matter how we want the earth we dream about a heaven, the imaginary existence of supreme place.
Here I have given general features we wish or we believe the heaven consists of :
Life expectancy - Unlimited
Population - Descended from any other world as a promotion for good deed
Administration system : Kingdom
Economy : They don't have to earn for their living.
Resources are available on any necessity. No need of gathering property for ownership.
I find there one problem: people in this world wants democratic world, where they want to choose chosen by them. But if they go to heaven they want been ruled by the supreme god, who has not chosen by the crowd living in heaven.
If any life existence is found outside earth able to manipulate by itself and having intelligence that can be different from life make up form on earth. (Possibilities of such life existence may be having super natural abilities such as: No need to breath, No life cycle prevailing. No need of comfort by physical contact with another. This could be the mythical existence terms of heaven or any other worlds.)
